Live Stream Starts Thursday 9/7 at 10 AM!
We invite you to join us this Thursday as Bill Baldwin discusses how Harvey will impact Houston real estate in both the immediate future and the long term.
There are a lot of questions about how all the flooding will affect Houston housing moving forward and Bill aims to answer as many of them as he can by diving into the future of developmental patterns in Houston, how home permitting will be affected, the impact on single-family home prices and rental prices, and more.
He will also cover more general post-Harvey info, from how the city is recovering after the storm to what will happen next in the local relief effort. And if you have any additional questions about recovery or the future of Houston housing in the wake of Harvey, he’ll do his best to answer them too!
Real Estate After Harvey will be held at the Harvey Relief Hub at 2500 Summer St. on Thursday 9/7 from 10 AM to 11 AM and will be streamed live at yourblvd.com/blog.
Parking for the Harvey Relief Hub is available outside of Summer St. Studios and just enter the warehouse where it says entrance.
Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to stay and volunteer up until the Harvey Relief Hub closes for the day at 6 PM.

About Boulevard Realty
Since becoming a realtor in 1998, Bill Baldwin has sold just under $400 million worth of properties. This success, and passion for real estate is what allowed him, in 2008, to acquire the only firm he has ever worked for: an independent Heights-based firm now known as Boulevard Realty. The firm has followed the success of Baldwin, with well over $1 Billion in sales since its founding in 2008. Baldwin is in the Top 100 realtors in all of Houston out of almost 26,000 agents who sold real estate in 2016.
In 2016, Boulevard Realty ranked 46th out of 3,891 Houston real estate firms in total sales and in the top 10 real estate firms selling in Central Houston.
