Ideally, you’ll be able to ride out any storm from the comfort of your own home. But every so often a hurricane comes along that forces your hand and makes evacuating your home a necessity. During hurricane season you’ll want to have a “Go-Bag” ready so you can hit the road at a moment’s notice if an emergency evacuation is ordered. Trying to throw together a bag at the last minute could delay your evacuation, leaving you vulnerable to getting caught out in the nasty weather. It could also leave you in such a rush that you forget a few crucial items. So don’t wait! Get your “Go-Bag” packed now so you’ll be ready to go when the going gets tough.

- Copies of important documents kept in waterproof bag
- Extra sets of all keys
- Extra mobile phone charger
- Bottled water
- Dry snacks (energy bars, granola bars)

- Pack of needed batteries types
